Alma’s experience in FHA and First Time Homebuyer financing – coupled with Mortgage California’s ability to underwrite and fund these loans with our in house banking system, allows her to be able to control her transactions from beginning to end.
Her more than 15 years of financial experience in the banking industry, as well as previous positions with the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® have allowed her to help lead orientation classes for new members as well as coordinate educational programs for clients and the real estate community at large.

A long time Bay Area resident, Alma lives in San Mateo and spends most of her time cooking with her daughter, shopping in local shops and has traveled extensively through Europe, the Middle East, Croatia, Bosnia and Latin America. She has a love of language, speaking many including English, Spanish and French. Alma also enjoys serving as President of Nuestra Sra. Del Milagro Association, a local non-profit organization. Now as an agent of Mortgage California – one of the most respected Mortgage Bankers in the Bay Area, Alma uses her extensive knowledge to help those who seek to achieve their dreams of becoming a homeowner.
