With more than 30 years in the Real Estate industry, Arlene Greenberg is a consummate professional who has a proven track record of successful mortgage transactions.  Her unyielding dedication to her clients separates Arlene from those in her field, resulting in all of her transactions being referral based. Arlene represents a wealth of knowledge, experience, service and integrity in the mortgage industry.

Arlene’s experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker  since 1981 includes being an owner of her own mortgage company for the last 14 years. Previously she was Vice President of Investor Relations for First National Mortgage and Vice President of Secondary Marketing for Unified Mortgage. Arlene’s background gives her a unique perspective in dealing with her clients and handling their transactions. She knows the importance of balancing her personal and professional relationship with her clients, ensuring that everyone leaves the closing table informed and satisfied – as well as knowing they have a friend they can count on in the future.

Arlene is active in her community as a member of Rotary.   She has served on the executive boards of both the Jewish Federation of Silicon Valley and Temple Emanu El in San Jose. She has also been a board member for the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Budget and Planning Committee for the Morgan Hill Unified School District. Arlene’s peers have recognized her as Affiliate of the Year for the South County Realtors® Alliance, among other awards. 

Arlene was born in Oakland and moved to Santa Clara County as a young woman. She has three children and six grandchildren and enjoys spending time with them as well as travelling, reading, knitting and taking long walks through the beautiful south county hills.
