A native Californian, Eileen Horan has spent her career providing her clients with a customer experience unlike any they receive elsewhere in the mortgage industry.  Her background managing a successful retail business throughout her college career enabled her to understand how important every customer is, and to use her strong business intuition to supervise the financial side of the business as well.

Upon graduating from UC Santa Cruz, Eileen immersed herself into the home finance industry, learning everything from the ground up.  Her background in processing helped her to understand regulation changes quickly and successfully build her business in the midst of one of the most challenging times in the history of the mortgage industry.  She has used her extensive knowledge base to forge solid relationships with her clients and business partners.  Her ability to adapt to current trends and regulations on the fly, as well as her competence, thoroughness and honesty have served her well, allowing her to build her business solely on referral.

Eileen understands that the most important piece of the financial puzzle for her clients is for them to understand – from the first meeting – what the mortgage process is, and what it means for them and their particular financial situation.  She is passionate about helping her clients develop a financial plan that fits her clients’ needs, and thrives on the success and happiness of her clients.  From her first interaction, she gives them honest, sensible advise based on their individual needs. This is reflected in their infinite referrals and continuous request of her advice.
